Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Joya. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, your satisfaction remains important to us.
If something isn’t right with your order—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—please reach out to us at info@joyashop.ca, and we’ll be happy to help.
In eligible cases, refunds may be issued after review. We may ask for proof of purchase and photos to better understand the issue.
Please note that certain items, including sale items, gift cards, and personal or customized products, are not eligible for refunds.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
